Project Manager

Purpose of role

– Responsible for Brand delivery performance with increased client exposure.

– Day-to-day responsibility for managing projects including collecting purchase orders and proof of delivery.

– Interpreting and consolidation of campaign briefs and sending back a response to brief

– Setting and managing project timelines

– Briefing projects in to the studio

– Ensuring all output meets client requirements, has been through QC and is approved before release to the client.

– Liaise with internal WLT teams to deliver projects

Key objectives

FINANCIAL:

– Billing management, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely

– KPI performance monitoring

– Assisting with 3rd party suppliers/internal Op Co negotiations

– To support the collation of MI for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings

CLIENT:

– Manage client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets

– Develop, maintain and extend client relationships

– Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business

– Understand the full end-to-end campaign process and the client brand

– To challenge the brief and ensure we are using the best channel to market

– To understand the client industry, products and competitors

– Act as the link with other TAG business areas

Qualifications and experience

– Strong knowledge of Creative production

– Good Knowledge of Print/POS/Digital creative production

– Strong experience in project management

– Good understanding and experience of managing multiple, internal and external relationships – Good MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
