This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-growing company in a busy work environment. We are an online retailer specialising in the sale of outdoor related goods. We sell large quantities of products on eBay, Amazon, and our three established websites.
This is a customer service-based role which primarily involves handling a high volume of customer emails and customer returns. Other general office admin duties will also be required. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the online retail/e-commerce industry.
We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our small, friendly team with strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
- 39.5hrs per week
- £9.50 per hour
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 07:30 – 16:30
- Saturday 07:30 – 13:00
- Wednesday & Sunday off.
