About the job

  • You will be supporting the drive for growth across regions by looking to develop and enhance client relationships, continuously delivering value to Groupe SEB
  • Monitor and engage with the relevant production teams to drive Best Practice, simplify, innovate, and continuously improve service quality and efficiency
  • Supports the PM and Production team as appropriate ensuring the customers and markets are always at the forefront of the actions

KEY OBJECTIVES

CLIENT:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders involved in key projects
  • Ensure Client’s markets and brands have an optimum level of service at all time.
  • Input into strategic business plans and business proposals and support their deployment
  • Engage the Marketing community efficiently support the wider strategic engagement plan
  • Support clients with development and deployment of technology when required

FINANCIAL:

  • Monitor project and overall customer costs and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
  • Ensure financial data is captured and reported back to the business weekly/monthly/yearly as appropriate.
  • Understand the commercial landscape and drivers
  • Identify opportunities for growth through process efficiency and/or efficiencies

PEOPLE:

  • Lead and motivate a virtual team to support the successful delivery of all projects
  • Encourage innovation, ideas and input regarding service improvements from all employees
  • Ensure that communication is effective and sharing of knowledge is routine
  • Role model the Company values

OPERATIONS:

  • Challenge the status quo where appropriate and seek innovative service solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong knowledge of Creative production
  • Good Knowledge of broadcast / moving image production
  • Good experience or knowledge of marketing solutions/multi-channel/digital & print production management
  • Good understanding and experience of managing multiple, complex internal and external relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Ability to develop high quality professional documentation
